To say that 2020 has been a strange year is an understatement. It’s been challenging, emotional, and dare we say the word - unprecedented!
We want to thank everyone for their amazing support throughout this pandemic so far. We have been extremely lucky to be able to continue trading the whole way through this year and our amazing team has worked tirelessly to ensure we get orders to our customers as quickly and safely as possible. We have continued to do everything we can to keep our staff safe and have employed even more fantastic team members to help us! With Christmas coming up and the world still dealing with the pandemic, we can already see the orders coming in thick and fast.
We promise we will do everything we can to get your orders to you as soon as possible, but to ensure you get your gifts in time for Christmas this year (especially personalised), we advise you to buy now to avoid any disappointment closer to Christmas. As we are receiving a large volume of orders, our handling times are likely to take a little longer than usual. Along with that, delivery companies are continuing to feel the pressure due to the increasing popularity of online shopping, that many of us have relied upon this year.
So with slightly longer lead times and with the possibility of delays in delivery, we want to keep you, our amazing customers, well informed and advise you to buy sooner rather than later (not just through us!) to avoid any disappointment.
